Biggest Mistake New Male Models Make

The first thing a lot of guys want to do when they hear that they are scheduled for a photo shoot is they want to go out and get a hair cut. Get neatened up, get cleaned up. That is probably the last thing you want to do.

One of the most important things if you do not know what to do with your hair image, haven't found a good stylist yet, can't afford a hair cut perhaps, whatever the reason may be, just let the hair grow. Don't be tempted to just get it cut off.

There is going to be a stylist at the shoot. They can take care of it at the shoot. You tell your photographer, "I have let my hair grow because I didn't know how to get it cut. I didn't want to get it cut or whatever.

Don't be tempted to go to the cheapest place in town and get a haircut. They are going to jack it up.

Give that photographer as much hair to work with. Because often we have our hair too short anyway.

And when you tell the photographer that, he will make sure that your hair will be cut and look good that day, probably better than you expect. Really, because you have let your hair grow some.
